- To gain qualified applicants in the company
- To recruit applicants and orient newly hired employees
- To direct, increase and deliver a pioneering, cost effective and vigorous recruitment approaches for the company
Responsibilities:
- Resource and qualify prospective aspirants for technical aptitude and soft skills
- Manage candidates in the database
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Gather feedback and de-brief candidates after interviews
Education:
- Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, or IT related fields.
Experience:
At least 1 year technical recruiting experience
Skill/ Knowledge:
- Capability to grip technical concepts and understand system level concepts
- Initiative and knows how to prioritize tasks
- Certain in constant updates of documentations, forms, and handbooks.
- Produce and gather files
- Aggressive with tough desire to be successful, goal oriented
- Good English Communication Skills
