- Direct compensation policies including benefit development

- To bring leadership to line Managers on employee performance issues

- Focus on HR functions including administration and finance department and accountable in hiring employees, paying employees, and dealing with benefits.
- Cooperate in the success of an organization by means of his knowledge about and encouragement of people. He/ She should be expert on how to generate a work atmosphere in which employees will opt to be inspired, stimulate, causal and contented.
Education:
- Degree qualified in Human Resources or a related discipline
Experience:
- 5+ years experience in managing HR functions
Skill/ Knowledge:
- A strong generalist HR background
- Brilliant in written and oral English Communication Skills
